Velox Prime Login Guide

Introduction

Velox Prime is a communication and collaboration software used by APAC Employees for making calls. It's available for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS, but can only be accessed on your local machine, not inside AVD.


Steps to Log In


1. Open Velox Prime

  • Search for Velox Prime: On your Windows machine, search for the Velox Prime app.
  • Open the Application: Click the Open button or the Velox Prime icon to launch the application.

 

2. Log In

  • Retrieve Login Info: Your login information was sent via email and is stored in the "Login" folder of your Outlook email. The email contains a Keeper link that is time-sensitive. Be sure to save your login details securely as the link will expire.
  • Enter Credentials: On the Velox Prime login screen, enter your username and password.
  • Remember Me: Check the "Remember Me" box to save your login details for future use.
  • Log In: Click the "Log In" button to access your Velox Prime account.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



















 

3. Ready to Make a Call

  • Successful Login: After logging in, you're all set to start making calls.
  • Your DID Number: You'll see your DID (Direct Inward Dialing) number, which is a virtual phone number assigned to you. It allows others to contact you directly

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

















 

 

Additional Tips

  • Secure Your Login Details: Save your login details securely since the Keeper link in the email is temporary.
