Accessing CloudCall

CloudCall is our VOIP System, this what is used to make calls, on your first day you will be shown how it works and be given a headset.



CloudCall is one of only applications, that requires to be logged in both outside and inside of Citrix


Logging in outside AVD


The desktop icon for CloudCall will already be installed, it will look like 
Once clicked you will have a log in screen pop up

Once you have inputted your log in information, you can click "remember sign in information" and "Sign in automatically"
This will make the next time easier, you just need to open the application


Using CloudCall Outside Citrix 



Once you have logged into CloudCall, you can use it outside of our AVD environment

- Locate the arrow, bottom right corner 
-Click the triangle/arrow and locate the CloudCall logo
-Right click, then the option to show the phone

You can now use the phone outside of the AVD area


Logging in inside of AVD


The AVD sign in will take place inside of "Google Chrome"
In the top right corner, you will see a jigsaw icon 

Once you have clicked this, you will see extension called "CloudCall Unified Communicator"

This will bring a pop to log into, you will use the same credential to log in
