This will be guide on how to set up WhatsApp Business against your CloudCall Number

Setting Up WhatsApp Business on your Phone


Installing the Application on your phone

1. You will need to go onto your app store (App Store or Google Play)
2. Search for "WhatsApp Business" Ensure the developer is WhatsApp Inc 



You will come across this when you open it for the first time 
 Click "Agree & Continue"


This will then ask you if you want to use your personal number

 For Security purposes I have redacted my Number

You will see your personal number, you will need to use the option at the bottom of the page, "Use a different number" 

In this step you will need input your CloudCall Number, the top option will need changing according to the country code you are in


Once this is done, you will be asked to confirm your number, if it all looks correct, click "yes"
Once this is done you will see they have sent a SMS to that number, this option will not work, we will need to wait for the timer to run out 
There will be a 2 minute timer, once this ends 
Click Did not recieve a verification code 

This will bring up more options

Select "Call me" Ensure you are logged into CloudCall

YOU WILL GET A CALL ON CLOUDCALL APPLICATION WITH A VERIFICATION


Setting up your profile

In this section it will ask you set up business name and business sector


Business name- You can speak to your manager on how they want it displayed
Business Category- This is dependant on the role

This will complete the App set up


Connecting the App to your Desktop App

1.On your laptop you will need to search for "Microsoft Store"

2.You will nedd to at the top in the "Search" type "WhatsApp" 3.You will see there are two, "WhatsApp Beta" and "WhatsApp" Download WhatsApp and not the Beta

4.Click "download"

Once you open this for the first time you will get this welcome page Click "Get Started"

Set up WhatsApp page will show

You will need go to your phone and do a few steps

In the bottom right corner select "Settings" Click "Linked Devices" It will turn your camera on and ask you to scan the QR Code It will proceed to verify and download your messages
