Created by Naz.lasiy, Modified on Thu, 24 Jul at 11:54 AM by Naz.lasiy

✅ Step 1: Open Chrome Settings

Open Google Chrome.

Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of the window.

From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

✅ Step 2: Go to Performance Settings

In the left sidebar, click on Performance.

✅ Step 3: Turn Memory Saver ON and Set to Maximum

Toggle the Memory Saver switch to ON.

Below that, you'll see options or a dropdown (depends on your Chrome version).

Set the memory usage to Maximum savings or High (whichever option gives the most aggressive memory-saving).

✅ Step 4: Turn Speed Settings / Energy Saver / Performance Boost OFF

Look below or next to Memory Saver for Speed Boost, Energy Saver, or similar features.

If you see a setting like:

Speed up page loading

Energy saver mode

Hardware acceleration

Then:

Toggle Speed up page loading → OFF

Set Energy saver to Never

(Optional) Turn Hardware acceleration → OFF (only if you experience lag or crashes)

✅ Step 5: Restart Chrome (Optional)

Close all Chrome windows and reopen to make sure changes are applied.
