Issue
When opening a Macro enabled Spreadsheet a popup noting that Excel online does not support ActiveX controls appears. When downloaded and opened via an app an error stating "Actions blocked by Administrator"

Solution
This can be fixed directly by opening the file within the desktop version of Excel and proceeding with the following steps
  1. Click on File in the top-left corner.
  2. Select Options at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
  3. In the Excel Options window, click on Trust Center (on the left)
  4. Click the Trust Center Settings button.
  5. In the Trust Center window, click on ActiveX Settings.
  6. Select the radio button that states "Prompt me before enabling Unsafe for initialization (UFI) controls with additional restrictions and safe for Initialization (SFI) controls with minimal restrictions

  7. Click Ok
