How to Check If a Sender Is Blocked (and Unblock Them)

  • Click the ⚙️ Settings icon (top right corner of Outlook).

  • In the Settings panel, click “View all Outlook settings” at the bottom.

  • In the left menu, select:

    • MailJunk email

  • Click the tab “Blocked senders and domains”

  • If your client's email appears in this list:

    • Hover over it and click the trash can icon ? to remove it.

  • Click Save if prompted.



✅ To Ensure You Receive Their Emails

  1. In the same window, click on “Safe senders and domains” (next to “Blocked…”).

  2. Click + Add.

  3. Enter your client’s email address (e.g. client@example.com) or domain (e.g. @example.com).

  4. Press Enter or click away, then click Save.
