Click the ⚙️ Settings icon (top right corner of Outlook).
In the Settings panel, click “View all Outlook settings” at the bottom.
In the left menu, select:
Mail → Junk email
Click the tab “Blocked senders and domains”
If your client's email appears in this list:
Hover over it and click the trash can icon ? to remove it.
Click Save if prompted.
✅ To Ensure You Receive Their Emails
In the same window, click on “Safe senders and domains” (next to “Blocked…”).
Click + Add.
Enter your client’s email address (e.g.
client@example.com
) or domain (e.g.@example.com
).Press Enter or click away, then click Save.
