You may sometimes experience operational issues with your laptop/machine, do these steps first and if it doesn't resolve the issue, please log a ticket to the IT team and we will swiftly respond. 

For operational reasons, it is important your laptop/machine is updated for it to function optimally for your increased productivity. We have created this simple content to guide you on how you can do this on your own.

STEP1 

In the little search box next to the Windows icon on your taskbar, type the word "Settings", hit enter or select the settings icon (with the gear) options 

STEP2

You will be met with the home screen, on the left pane, locate and click the  Windows update (the last option of the list) option.

You will be met with the Windows Update page, click on check for updates, then Download and Install available updates.

Check for Optional additional updates in the "Advanced options" tab

Then Click on Optional updates, download and install. (Attached video shows how to download additional updates)

Note: This may require you to restart your PC, please do so to complete the installation of updates.
