There is a right and wrong way to log into Citrix, following these steps will ensure you do not run into as many to no issues in the future
Firstly, NEVER USE THE DISCONNECT OPTION OR THE X AT THE TOP OF THE SESSION
The best way to to close down AVD workspace is by clicking the Windows button in the bottom left corner of your Windows taskbarOnce you have clicked this, you will see the "Person Icon". It will look like the below or a personal image.
You will now see an option to "Sign Out" click and your session will close properly asking you if you wish to save any documents that may still be open first.
This is important to allow your PC to connect properly to the servers after maintenance work. Attachments (1)
