Following on the roll out of Windows Hello for Business and from our email on creating a PIN please be aware of the steps you need to take to log into AVD. Once you have created your new PIN you will still need to login to AVD with your Password. Below is a reminder how.
When you open AVD (Remote Desktop) you will be met with a page to sign in with your PIN, select "more choices" and sign in with your password.
